RESTLESS INTRO:
For the last seven years, we’ve been making unique shapes and designs for riders all across North America and Europe. Our boards are made with hard Canadian maple and hand crafted in Montreal, Canada. The idea started with a snowboard, a jigsaw and an old pair of skate trucks. That’s all it took. With the help of local riders, composite materials, computer simulations and the time tested technique of trial and error, we have since developed a great line of products. Promoting local materials, riders, artists and striving to be environmentally friendly have been the guide lines throughout our creative process. We pride ourselves in knowing that we created decks that would allow all riders to live a one of a kind experience, regardless if they are looking for a smooth city cruise or an adrenaline driven speed rush. To achieve this objective we have put the emphasis on quality, performance and aesthetics of our products.
Our goal when starting this project was to stand out from the masses and offer something different. Tired of the staleness of mass commercialized products that can be found anywhere and everywhere, we wanted to offer an alternative. Instead of being content with following the trends, we wanted to give all riders the tools to dictate them. It’s safe to say that we have accomplished this mission.

Frank – The Repairman
Mechanical Engineer

Frank is the guy who designed and built our vacuum pressing system. If you need make a tool or build a machine, ask him! He’s also responsible for the low price you’re paying for your Restless board. He’s always calling our suppliers to get the best price they can offer. At the workshop, Frank is the master of fiberglass application, precision jig-saw and sanding.

Chris – The Program Master

You have Chris to thank for our longboard customization program. Can you imagine he actually took pleasure in making that awesome program? He’s also your main contact by phone or email. If you need anything, talk to Chris, he’ll get it done for you! At the workshop, Chris is a specialist of the main toupee and he’s the one who applies the semi-gloss finish to make your board glitter in the sun.

Dither – The Artist

Dither’s the artistic one of the crew. He’s the one who designs our ads and banners as well as some custom boards. When you order a custom longboard online, he recreates what you’ve done in real size and makes sure you get exactly what you want. He’s also an artist in the workshop on the small finishing toupee and in cutting the design in perfect match to the board every time!

Alaric – The Sniper

Alaric is the marketing guy and our main representative for the skate shops. If you’re reading this, it’s probably because of him! He’s always cooking up new ways to put Restless on the map. We call him The Sniper because he’s freakishly precise at precutting a board with the band saw. He’s also the one that sands the boards to an evenly smooth finish.
