Shipping Policy

Orders from www.restlessboards.com usually ship within 1 to 3 business days for non-custom items, and 3 to 5 days for custom items, unless otherwise specified. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation with a tracking number which you can use to track your shipment on the UPS website. We do NOT ship to PO Box addresses.

What will I be charged for shipping and handling?

Shipping and handling fees may vary depending on location, number of items, and size. Please reference the below shipping grid for an estimate of shipping and handling fees for one item with Ground option.

Who will deliver my order?

UPS is our designated carrier for all orders.

When will my order leave the warehouse?

Our products typically ship within 1 to 3 business days for non-custom items, and 3 to 5 days for custom items, unless otherwise specified.

Do you deliver on weekends?

For Ground option, UPS do not deliver on Saturday or Sunday. Business days are Monday through Friday. There is an options for Saturday delivery with the Expedited and Express services. Contact us for details.

Do you refund shipping charges?

Shipping charges will be refunded if:

  • We ship an incorrect product
  • A product was shipped from our warehouse broken or defective
  • A product was damaged during shipping

ORDER TRACKING

How can I track my order?

Once the order is shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you. If an account was created on our site, you will also be able to login to view tracking information as well as account information, address book, order history and your wish list. You can use the shipment tracking number on www.ups.com.
